Senior Recruitment Consultant – Business Support – Existing Client base

Remote or Hybrid with offices in Manchester, London and Portsmouth

We are a specialist recruitment consultancy who work with some of the world’s largest Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Life Science companies. As part of our growth we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us to develop our Central Functions desk, focusing on generating new opportunities with our existing clients.

The role

Specialising in recruiting Business Support / Central Function roles such as Finance, Marketing, HR and Operations you will be building relationships with our existing clients with a view to support them with the recruitment of their central function roles.

You’ll have the opportunity to grow our existing accounts in the UK, EU and US to seek out new opportunities and develop the relationship further.

After taking a detailed job brief you will be managing the full recruitment process while offering a first-class service to candidates and clients.

You’ll also be growing and nurturing the talent pool in your sector and constantly expanding your candidate network via our own database and social media / networking channels.

We pride ourselves on offering a consultative approach so you’ll be continually learning about your market to increase your credibility and provide a knowledgeable service to clients and candidates
