CRS recently raised £1259.04 to support children’s charity Ickle Pickle in our recent charity fete day. The Portsmouth HQ office recently held a charity fete day to have an afternoon of fun and games and support another fantastic charity. For this event, the CRS charity committee took the decision to support the children’s charity Ickle Pickles.
As this week is World Wellbeing Week and as wellbeing is something that is incredibly important to us here at CRS, we thought we’d highlight some of the initiatives we’ve implemented over the past year as part of our wider Community & Wellbeing initiatives. We see workplace wellbeing as something that should be implemented as a long-term commitment to support everyone at CRS every day of the year.
CRS recently attended one of the Three Friday Nights at Goodwood for a wonderful evening of races, music and food, and having the opportunity to don some of our best frocks.
Compass Recruitment Solutions’ executive search brand, Compass Executives, has won search firm of the year at the 2022 HealthInvestor Awards ceremony. In the newly created category, HealthInvestor were looking to identify a search firm who could demonstrate outstanding levels of delivery into the private equity backed, and privately owned, health, care and education industries; were able to evidence high levels of first-class customer experience; and support providers, operators and investors with exceptional leadership hires.
Our mental health first aiders put together a range of activities every day throughout the week for anyone at Compass to take part in if they wish. These activities aimed to bring people together and give a taster of positive ways to combat mental health stresses. Each activity had a mental health focus in mind but was varied to be inclusive and ensure something was appealing to everyone.
With the 2021/22 financial year having drawn to a close, CRS was able look back over the past twelve months to reflect on our internal Core Values Awards.
