Congratulations to Jon Mondey for being awarded Employee of the Quarter!

This quarter, we’re thrilled to recognize Jon Mondey, Divisional Manager for the Elderly Care Division, as our Q2 FY25 Employee of the Quarter. In his role, Jon brings a unique blend of professionalism, integrity, and insight to the recruitment process. His commitment extends beyond simply filling roles; he is devoted to understanding and aligning with the specific needs and values of both clients and candidates. 

With over six years of recruitment experience in the health and social care sector, Jon oversees our efforts in filling mid-to-senior management-level positions and manages a team of consultants who specialize in critical care positions across the UK, including Nurses, Carers, Team Leaders, Unit Managers, Clinical Leads, and Deputy Managers.
