CRS recently attended one of the recent Three Friday Nights at Goodwood Race Course for a fantastic evening of races, good food and dancing the night away. 

At the end of each quarter, CRS likes to reward employees for all of their hard work and successes by treating everyone to an evening or day out. Our summer End of Quarter, to mark the end of Q1, saw us attend Goodwood once again.

A Friday night at the Goodwood Races

After a two-year hiatus from attending a Goodwood event, we decided that to celebrate the end of Q1, we would return for another one of their Three Friday Night events.

We had the pleasure of attending the third and final of the Three Friday Night events. This entailed us having our own private box to watch six races and then with DJ Dimitri in Paris providing the music entertainment, accompanied by a laser light show, to end the night. A Mexican buffet was our choice of food that was also provided for us all to enjoy.

The weather wasn’t as hot as it has been during previous years we’ve attended which we’re sure many of us are grateful for. However, it was a sunny and dry day which made for perfect weather. Plenty of the team decided to take their chance by trying to win some money on the races and exploring what else Goodwood had to offer.

Compass End of Quarters is a great way for us to gather all teams together from all Compass brands to interact with each other outside of the work environment. Both of our Manchester and London offices also came to join the Portsmouth office for this evening of fun to celebrate all of Q1’s success!
