Harry Oakey wins Employee of the Quarter!
Congratulations to Harry Oakey who won Employee of the Quarter! This was awarded to Harry for his outstanding work contribution during Q2 of the 2022/23 financial year.
Harry has received this award due to his outstanding work contribution to all brands within CRS and the overall business within the financial department of the business support team. Due to his recent achievements, Harry has also been promoted to Head of Accounting as he has recently taken on a much broader role within the finance team.
The Compass Directors look at the work ethic and achievements of all colleagues throughout each quarter and make a decision on who the Employee of the Quarter Award will be given. The Employee of the Quarter award looks at employees from across all Compass brands.
Finance Director Nick Green commented on Harry’s Employee of the Quarter win:
“Harry has had an amazing year so far. He has juggled an ever-increasing workload all alongside studying and then passing his final AAT exam to become fully qualified. Not only did he pass, he passed with merit.
Harry is a personable, easy going and professional member of the team and this is reflected in the many strong relationships he has with people both internally and externally. We look forward to watching Harry continue to grow and develop within Compass as he moves on to the next stage of his studying- ACCA qualifications. Harry’s efforts and what he is working towards, have seen him move from being more than just our credit controller, now taking on a more rounded role within finance as our newly created Head of Accounting for Compass. Well done mate!”
