As we embark on a new financial year, the annual CRS End of Year Conference beckons once more. This event sees us reflect on the internal success of the past year, and announce the winners of our internal Core Values Awards.

About the CRS End of Year Conference

This event sees us bring all teams from Portsmouth, London and Manchester together to reflect on the successes of the past year and plans for the year ahead. Following the conference, an evening is dedicated to celebrating the dedication and accomplishments of all teams and brands within the organisation over the preceding 12 months.

This year, we were delighted to welcome the Carrot Recruitment team to their first conference since joining the Compass Recruitment Solutions group. We are also thrilled to share the newly created rebrand of our internal Core Values Awards.

What are the Compass Core Value Awards and how have they changed?

Before the conference, the internal leadership team took a retrospective glance at the past twelve months to review our internal Core Values Awards. These accolades are subsequently bestowed at our End of Year Conference, providing a platform to commend remarkable acts of altruism, emblematic of the CRS culture.

Traditionally, the Core Value Awards align with our brand values and are conferred upon employees from all Compass brands, based on peer nominations and recognition of their overall performance. The Senior Leadership Team then meets to determine the winners of our Core Values Awards.

The new Core Values Awards are still presented in this manner. However, they have now been updated to align with our purpose and vision. Our vision focuses on fulfilling ambition whilst our purpose is to be the most knowledgeable search and recruitment specialists in the industry.

Each of these awards keeps our vision and purpose at the heart of them but are split into categories focusing on Dedication, Building Relationships and Offering Solutions.
