The largest dedicated recruitment offering to the independent markets by staff headcount, the Compass Associates team bring are responsible for completing nearly 1000 placements a year across a broad range of the health and care markets. The team are located across Portsmouth and Manchester offices, but can often be found visiting client sites to ensure a full understanding of the teams they are helping to build, and the environments candidates work in, are understood.

Compass Associates are segmented into three core Divisions: Elderly Care; Specialist Services and General Healthcare.
