Compass Recruitment Solutions’ executive search brand, Compass Executives, has won search firm of the year at the 2022 HealthInvestor Awards ceremony.

In the newly created category, HealthInvestor – part of Nexus Media Group – were looking to identify a search firm who could demonstrate outstanding levels of delivery into the private equity backed, and privately owned, health, care and education industries; were able to evidence high levels of first-class customer experience; and support providers, operators and investors with exceptional leadership hires.
